GOLD GALORE

It was celebration time as the Olympics enters into eve of closing ceremonies.
New records were set and a lot of thrills filled the day.
Mexico for the first time in Olympics History, won the only gold available for football event and they did that in style with a touch of class as they beat tournament favourites Brazil.  They also set Olympics Record for the fastest goal of all time at 28sec when striker Oribe Peralta found the net with a superb effort. His header 15minutes to the end of the game gave Mexico breathing space and assurance of victory. Brazil did found one back  and almost equalised. With few seconds to go a poor effort from Oscar confirmed their loss.

Later on, USA sprinters won the 4 X 100m women. The race was won comfortably as the US contingents were "miles" ahead of other sprinters.
Nigeria came 7th, that's second from behind common.

Few hours after that, the moment we'd been waiting for finally came, it was the men 4X100m. As expected, Jamaica carried the day but it didn't come as easy as it sounded. They almost lost the first spot if not for the efforts of Blake and Bolt. Bolt took off like Ferrari and the gap widened until the race was over.

It was a good, good performance from all the gold medallist.. Congrats!
