The latest version of the Apple iOS is a must have for all Apple mobile products users.
The battery bug has been fixed as against what we had on the version 6 of the mobile OS. Ipad 4 users will no longer complain of battery discharge while in use even though the device is plugged to a power source. This has been fixed. 
Another thing I noticed is the graphics and beautifully colored buttons and icons, iOS 7.2 is more colorful than its predecessor plus some very lovely wallpapers.
Above all, your ipad is now more secured and can only be used by you (and probably those you share your pin with) - PIN is what they call it, PIN it should be .
With your "find my ipad" turned on, no one can erase your details from the ipad (computer village guys will not appreciate this) as your Pin is required before any administrative task can be executed on your device. You have to look out for this when you are buying a used device otherwise, you will be tracked and arrested - that certainly is not what you want after your new acquisition.

The key feature is the security and it's worth the update. Your device is now yours forever until you decide to let it go and if stolen, "find my ipad" will get it for you, that's good.
